Premier CDL 3800
The CDL 3800 is a dedicated Message-On-Hold digital audio playback device. The 3800's advanced slot-load CD drive downloads  audio programs from a standard audio CD-R to its internal non-volatile "Flash" memory. Continuous looped playback is then performed from the solid-state memory. This use of non-volatile Flash memory allows the CDL 3800 to retain its audio programing, even during extended power outages, and then it is able to automatically resume playback when the power returns.

Premier USB 1100
The USB 1100 is a dedicated M-O-H and Store-Casting digital audio playback device. Audio programs are stored on a removable USB Flash Drive (AKA a "Thumb Drive") which is plugged into the USB port on the unit. As a result, updating the message is super easy!  Simply remove the USB Flash Drive from the unit, and plug it into the USB port on any computer (PC or MAC). Audio files are a "drag n' drop" transfer from the computer onto the USB Flash Drive. Then, plug the Flash Drive back into the USB 1100 for instant message playback. Updated message files can now be Emailed, or downloaded from our Web site, without the need to ship or mail any physical media. Plus, the 1100's advanced non-volatile "Flash" memory allows it to retain its Message Programing during a power outage, and then automatically resume playback when the power returns.
